The UOC is an online university born from the knowledge society and whose mission is to provide people with lifelong learning and education.

Research, innovation and transfer activity at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Open University of Catalonia, UOC) is organized into over thirty research groups linked to a departments and areas, or to one of the University’s two research centers.
