The Escola d'Enginyeria was launched on the 28th of April 1998. The school gathers most engineering studies offered by the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona: Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Materials Engineering, Telecommunications Technical Engineering (specialized in Electronic Systems), Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering (specialized in Industrial Chemistry, Environment itinerary) and Graduate in Aeronautica Management.
