Abstract:	L'objectiu final d'aquest treball és l'obtenció d'un sistema que permeti regular l'accés de manera fàcil i flexible a determinats serveis de xarxa per a un conjunt d'usuaris que tenen necessitats i atributs diferents d'ús de la xarxa segons el seu perfil i segons el moment.
Abstract:	El objetivo final de este trabajo es la obtención de un sistema que permita regular el acceso de forma fácil y flexible a determinados servicios de red para un conjunto de usuarios que tienen necesidades y atributos distintos de uso de la red según su perfil y según el momento.
Abstract:	The final objective of this work is to find a system that allows easy and flexible regulation of specific network services for a group of users with varying needs and attributes of network usage, depending on their profile and the moment.
