Abstract:	In this paper is described the different items of asubsea observatory. The control system is constantly monitoringthe internal and external components of the observatorydetecting operating faults and acting automatically inconsequence. It will be presented an overview of theinformation treatment servers structure used in the OBSEAproject explaining the chosen topology.
